🌧️ Weather Release Reminder 🌩️
At Bella Vista, student safety always comes first! If there’s a weather delay at dismissal time (like lightning or heavy storms), we may temporarily hold walkers and bus riders on campus until it’s safe to release them. If this happens, we’ll notify you through our usual communication channels.
If you choose to pick up your child during inclement weather, please head to the front office with your ID to sign them out. Students signed out during a weather delay will be marked excused.
Helpful tip: Storms often pass quickly—consider waiting 10 minutes before signing out your child.
🔹 Be sure your emergency contacts are up to date with everyone authorized to pick up your child.
🔹 If your child walks or rides the bus, have a backup plan ready during stormy weather.
Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe and dry!
🚗 Pick-Up & Drop-Off Reminders 🦁
To help keep our students safe and traffic flowing smoothly, please review these important procedures:
Parents will be able to use the Kiss-N-Go loop on the south side of the campus to quickly drop students off and pick them up. Car riders will be released from the K-3 Hallway.
Parents will be able to park on both sides of Las Brisas Way to walk their students to the cafeteria for drop off or to pick up after school in the cafeteria.
Walkers will be released from the cafeteria.
The staff parking lot is our bus loop and parents will not be able to park there during drop off and pick up.
