Audiobooks are great while having the book in hand

The definition of bullying according to our new program is when someone repeatedly and on purpose says or does mean or hurtful things to another person who has a hard time defending himself or herself. Bullying has 3 components:
It is aggressive behavior.
It involves an imbalance of power.
It is usually repeated over time.
